Connecting Delta Cities has been screened on the Environmental Filmfestival of Accra, Ghana. The film selected as one of the main films.

This years festival, held from June 3rd till June 10th 2010, brought over thirty films on environmental and social issues to Accra’s popular cultural venues. The 2010 selection included the internationally acclaimed film on climate change, Weather Report, (courtesy of the Canadian High Commission), award winning documentaries, One Degree Matters, The Age of Stupid and Connecting Delta Cities. The film selection also included Beneath the Blue, the fast paced ‘environmental thriller,’ Ghana’s Electronic Waste, and Ghana’s Plastic Waste Menace, both made with support from the French Embassy in Ghana, Alliance Francaise and the European Union. There were equally fascinating films about the impact of global food industry, air pollution, on wildlife, energy conservation and, Stop the Noise! an original production from the festival’s Young Film Makers Workshop. This was made with the support of UNICEF and Environmental Protection Agency.
